1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

IgaNow is owned and operated by Elevanda Ventures Ltd, registered in Rwanda. It is not a separate legal entity. By accessing or using the IgaNow platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use IgaNow. Users under 16 may use the platform only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

3. Description of Services

IgaNow provides digital education services, including online tutoring, subscriptions to courses and learning content, and internship placement and supervision. IgaNow reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue any feature or service at any time without prior notice.

4. Fees and Payment

You agree to pay the fee displayed at the time of checkout. All payments are directed to Elevanda Ventures Ltd's official bank account. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. IgaNow does not store your card or payment details. Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Tutoring Fees

• Full refund if IgaNow or the tutor cancels the session.
• Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund.
• Late cancellations may only qualify for a partial refund at IgaNow's discretion.

5.2 Subscription Fees

• No refund once a billing cycle has started.
• You may stop future renewals at any time through your account settings.

5.3 Internship Supervision Fees

• Refunds for internship supervision fees are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
• Contact iganowtech@gmail.com to discuss your situation.

5.4 General Conditions

• Send all refund requests to iganowtech@gmail.com.
• Include proof of payment and a clear reason for your request.
• Refunds are processed within up to 14 business days.
• No refunds will be issued for fraud or misuse of the platform.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel your account or subscription at any time. To cancel, use your account settings or contact our support team. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any fees already paid, except as outlined in the Refund Policy above.

7. User Conduct

When using IgaNow, you agree not to:

• provide false or misleading information;
• engage in any activity that violates local, national, or international law;
• attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the platform or its infrastructure;
• resell, share, or transfer your account access to others; or
• harass, threaten, or abuse tutors, learners, or staff.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on IgaNow, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, course materials, software, and design elements, is the exclusive property of Elevanda Ventures Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the content solely for personal learning purposes. Reproduction, distribution, resale, or public sharing of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process your personal data to operate and improve the IgaNow platform. Your data is only shared when necessary, such as with our payment provider to process transactions, or when required by law. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

IgaNow is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Elevanda Ventures Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, except where prohibited by applicable law.

11. Termination

IgaNow reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time if you violate these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding fees or obligations owed to Elevanda Ventures Ltd.

12. Amendments to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via email. Your continued use of IgaNow after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms that cannot be resolved directly shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Kigali, Rwanda.
